IG Masonry Support Systems offered a brick and stoned clad structural steel lintel, which would be supplied above all door and window openings in the 357 unit development. The product only required pointing once installed. The structural steel lintel incorporated factory bonded brick and stone slips using IG Masonry Support’s patented bonding system. This method of manufacture goes hand in hand with Laing O’Rourke’s ‘off-site’ construction philosophy.
