NEWS | Andy Neal celebrates 20 years at Keystone Group

IG Masonry Support is proud to recognise the exceptional contribution of its Managing Director, Andy Neal, who has reached a significant milestone of two decades of dedicated service within the Keystone Group.

Andy joined the company in 2004 as Operations Manager at Keystone Lintels and has thrived in many roles including Operations Director, Sales Director and Keystone Group Operations Director. He subsequently took on the role of Managing Director at IG Masonry Support during its inception in 2015 and has remained in the role since. His strategic vision, unwavering commitment, and inspirational leadership have been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and success.

Owen Coyle, Divisional CEO of the Keystone Group, said: “Throughout his career at Keystone, Andy has fostered a positive and supportive work environment, inspiring countless team members to achieve their best. His passion for the industry and his dedication to Keystone Group have been invaluable assets to our company. Andy explained what has kept him at the company over the years and his fondest memory: “It has been a privilege to work with such passionate, dynamic people over the past 20 years. To see the growth of the Group over this time has been phenomenal.

“One of the pinnacle moments for me was when Keystone purchased IG Lintels in 2006. They were one of the major players in the industry at the time and our biggest competitor. This acquisition consolidated our position in the marketplace as the UK and Ireland’s largest steel lintel manufacturer.”

Keystone Group extends its sincere congratulations to Andy for his outstanding achievements and continued contributions to the company.
