Built on an 11-acre site that had remained vacant for nearly two decades, the development is delivering over 400 stylish apartments across multiple phases. Phase 1, delivered by main contractor Lovell, comprises 211 high-specification homes complete with private parking, enhanced infrastructure, rooftop gardens, and landscaped public spaces. The scheme has been recognised for its blend of sustainable design, urban convenience, and connection to nature.
As part of this ambitious project, IG Masonry Support was appointed to supply structural masonry systems and brick cutting services for three blocks—D01, D02, and D03.
A total of 1,314 metres of Welded Masonry Support systems in dropper variation were designed and manufactured for each block to ensure critical structural performance. Additionally, 1,342 metres of cast-in channel were supplied for each block to enable secure and efficient installation of the masonry support systems.
Across all blocks, we supplied over 17,000 precision-cut bricks, including Michelmersh Selected Dark cuts in standard stretcher pistol format and Wienerberger Forum Charcoal cuts in soldier and rowlock pistol formats. These brick selections were carefully made to complement the development’s contemporary architecture while honouring London’s rich brick heritage.
Our contribution enabled the delivery of intricate brick detailing and supported the long-term structural integrity and visual coherence of this forward-thinking residential community in one of London’s most desirable urban villages.
